What will the apprentice be doing?
The role will be to help the existing staff to manage the incoming orders and handle the shipments through to completion.
The tasks involve speaking with internal departments to collate details so the customer’s order can be made, and also dealing with external suppliers who will complete the order.
Main duties will include:
- Arranging customs clearances, and accommodating customers with any queries and assistance they require for their orders
- A range of communication involving telephone calls, emails, and internal messaging services will be used

- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard
- Functional skills in maths and English (if required)
