What will the apprentice be doing?

This role will progress over time and as you get to grips with the role you will take on more responsibilities.

Some of your core duties will include:

  • Supporting curriculum teams with their administration
  • Supporting our community learning team
  • Reception duties
  • Project work including working on our new multiply contract, our adult education budget contract, apprenticeships, traineeships and more
  • Creating and managing new administration processes
  • Answering phones
  • General admin duties to include, filing, photocopying, scanning etc.

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Standard
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths if required
  • End Point Assessment: Knowledge Test; Professional Discussion; Presentation/Q&A
