- Proactively working towards electrician qualification and competency, by developing skills, knowledge and behaviours (set by the apprenticeship framework and Midland Heart) through on and off-the-job learning

The programme:
- Year 1: With a starting salary of £16,000 per year, you’ll start a Level 3 Electrical qualification whilst you shadow, support and receive mentoring from an experienced Electrician on the job, whilst commencing your classroom learning (1 day per week for the duration of qualification). We’ll even support you to obtain your driving license if you don’t have one already
- Year 2: You’ll continue to work towards qualification and carry out more hands-on electrical work, whilst still working alongside and being mentored by an Electrician. We’ll also increase your salary to circa £22,000 per year to recognise your growing abilities
