What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Ability to provide thorough consultations in order to tailor a service to suit the clients needs
  • Confident at cutting, perming, creative colouring on ladies and gents hair
  • Happy to advise clients on hair care, products and tools
  • Willing to work towards retail and services objectives, as set out and agreed with the Salon Manager

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in Advanced and Creative Hair Professional Level 3. The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course. This is a day release programme which means you will attend Lincoln College, 1 day per week, term time only. This will fall within your contracted working hours.
