What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Working alongside our Activity Professionals in local primary schools to support their delivery of high-quality PE & School Sport
  • Deliver breakfast, lunchtime and after school clubs
  • Support in the delivery of our special projects which include balance bikes, archery and fencing
  • Support and deliver competitions alongside our other staff members
  • Help with setting up and putting away of equipment
  • Deliver / assist on our Ofsted registered holiday camps

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will receive a Level 3 Sports Coach Apprenticeship Standard The training will include online courses, webinars, classroom based training and onsite visits in the workplace Functional Skills qualification as required
