What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Working alongside our activity professionals in local primary schools to support their delivery of high-quality PE & school sport
  • Deliver breakfast, lunchtime and after school clubs
  • Support in the delivery of our special projects which include balance bikes, archery and fencing
  • Support and deliver competitions alongside our other staff members
  • Help with setting up and putting away of equipment
  • Deliver / assist on our Ofsted registered holiday camps

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will receive a Level 3 Sports Coach Apprenticeship Standard. The training will include online courses, webinars, classroom based training and onsite visits in the workplace. Functional Skills qualification as required

Apprentices have the opportunity to move into full time paid activity professional positions within our company. We have a clear 'Premier Pathway' of progression for all our employees
