What will the apprentice be doing?
- Supporting with 1st line ticket system working within the SLA and escalating where necessary
- Assisting the current team in replacing and upgrading parts on PCs
- Testing/installing hardware and software
- Assisting with password resets
- Communication with internal staff using telephone, email, teams, and face-to-face.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Learn by doing with our technical training. You’ll put theory into practice with hands-on activities in six 2-day SMART Classroom sessions. Unlike traditional education, our apprenticeship training doesn’t simply teach for the test. Our exam-free programme and project-led approach gives you the skills employers are looking for.

COURSE 2: WORKING WITH END-USER DEVICES
COURSE 3: WORKING WITH NETWORK ARCHITECTURE
You’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification in this role, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
