What will the apprentice be doing?
- Receiving telephone and e-mail messages, ensuring that they are responded to professionally and in a timely manner
- Inputting corrective and preventative calls onto our service management software accurately
- Ordering from suppliers
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 3 Business Administrator Standard with Functional skills Level 2 in maths and English if not already achieved (grade C/4 GCSE). Training will be a mix of remote, live tutor led sessions and face to face at our centre in Newbury
