What will the apprentice be doing?
The IT Support Apprentice provides first-line responses to client issues and queries over the phone and via the helpdesk portal and email. The IT Support Apprentice will need to regularly liaise with the Implementation Team and Client Services to ensure clients smoothly transition from project to BAU and provide an exemplary level of service to existing clients. The IT Support Analyst will report directly to the Client Services Manager.
The successful applicant will be responsible for investigating and solving all client support issues in a timely and thorough manner. As this is a client-facing role, the successful applicant must have strong communication skills and be able to work to deadlines.
