What will the apprentice be doing?
Hall and Partners are looking for an Apprentice Office Administrator. The successful candidate should be able to work alone and as part of a team.
The main purpose for this role is to complete a wide range of administrative duties to include:
· Answering telephone
· Emailing trade contractors for quotations
· Raising orders to trade contractors
· Processing invoices and raising payment certificates
· Typing of minutes
· Filing
· Checking calculations on valuations
· Update In-house data systems
· The above duties are not exhaustive and other ad hoc duties may be required from time to time.
Applicants should have good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, and be keen to learn.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
The apprentice will be required to attend monthly day release sessions at Access Training, Gateshead.
