What will the apprentice be doing?

What you will be doing:

  • Video production – Work with divisions to create story boards.
  • Utilise professional videographers or stock footage to create content.
  • Record edit and publish voice over PowerPoint presentations.
  • Edit text and audio overlays.
  • Animation – Use product renders and simple animated objects to communicate product operation processes.
  • Work with professional agencies when necessary.
  • Interactives – Create web hosted HTML5 interactives flipbooks/media rich sales tools for use online.   
  • Adobe Creative Suite Skills – Keep up to date with Adobe premier pro – After effects – Animate and provide team training.
  • Optimize  - Optimize the format layout, duration & effectiveness of videos across multiple platforms – web, LinkedIN, Youtube etc.
  • Monitor – Report on video performance metrics of views, duration watched, engagement.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Your apprenticeship training will be a fully work based learning programme across 15 months with 3 months for end point assessment.
  • Level 3 Content Creation qualification

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will achieve a Level 3 qualification in Content Creation. The programme also includes Adobe Certified Professional status for key software tools Premier Pro - for video editing and Photoshop - for design
  • Potential job opportunities within the business.
