What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Assisting Teachers in preparing lesson materials and school equipment
  • Setting the classroom ready for lessons and clearing away afterwards to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Recording and reporting pupils progress to the Teacher
  • Helping pupils stay focused during class hours
  • Supervising group activities and outings
  • Helping Teachers manage pupils behaviour
  • Looking after children who are unwell or upset
  • Providing a healthy and safe learning environment for all pupils
