What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Plans, organises and conducts activities within own area in an effective manner towards achieving common objectives of FMP as well as the CliniMed Group
  • Reports deviations from the standard and takes corrective actions
  • Takes action to achieve KPI’s
  • Teamwork - builds relationships with own team and across the organisation, contributes to shaping the atmosphere of cooperation and increasing efficiency in the team
  • Creates and updates production plans for all work centres across the manufacturing facility
  • Respond to any necessary changes driven by material constraints or shifting Customer demand
  • Plan all new Customer requirements within 24 hours of receipt and confirm expected delivery date
  • Participate in daily production meetings
  • Maintain master production plan data - shifts/set ups/overtime/downtime/planned maintenance/ breakdowns and priorities
  • Supports continuous improvement in the job and develops/builds on existing processes to improve production flow, timely starts and inventory integrity

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.
