What will the apprentice be doing?
- Planning and executing new candidate searches and market maps against a brief (provided by team members)
- Identification and qualification of new and existing candidates
- Developing strong relationships with the best talent within your sector
- Due diligence – obtaining reference contacts and facilitating or completing the bespoke Hunter referencing process.
- CV formatting to client submission standard – additional proposal, candidate pack and client report formatting in the Search based businesses
- Candidate interview preparation where appropriate – email and telephone briefing
- Maintenance of candidate relationships (if not forward for live roles)
- Developing client / business development leads through candidate networking and relationships
- Maintaining and developing talent pools on our CRM system, including proactive population of candidate skill-set verticals with new talent
- Meeting any legal contract compliance requirements for placed candidates
- Learning client-side delivery and business development skills to support progression
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 3 Certificate in Business administration
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment
- Functional skills in maths and English, if required.
- This qualification will be delivered in the work place via assessor visits
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full-time, permanent role within the business with potential to progress up to managing consultant after the apprenticeship is complete.
