What will the apprentice be doing?
JOB SUMMARY:
To be an immediate point of contact for all business customers, providing support and allocating manpower to jobs and helping manage the day to day activities in the office. You will need a great telephone manner, flexibility and computer skills in excel / spreadsheet, word and Microsoft outlook.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Take ownership of VPI's and track whilst in SEP's care
- Ensure that data and photographs are provided to each individual customer as and when required, creating bespoke reports as necessary
- Investigate and report security issues in detail to clients, providing timeline and photographic evidence as applicable and then providing a solution
- Help manage the monthly preparation and checking of invoicing matrices
- Maintain job audit trails, both paper and electronic
- Scheduling of subcontract works in line with SEP's own security installations
- Take calls from prospective customer enquiries and learn
