What will the apprentice be doing?
This is the perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to thrive, working within a successful and vibrant team
The general administration duties within this role may include:
- Taking phone calls
- Sending and receiving e-mails
- Learn how to use 2D software to aid programming the lasers on site
- Learn how to read engineering drawings
- Helping collate job cards after they have been programmed and getting them ready to pass on to production team
- Liaising with customers occasionally to confirm details on drawings etc
- Working alongside both programming and the accounts dept in the office
- Any other general admin duties and ad-hoc duties as defined by management

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

- Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment
