What will the apprentice be doing?
PETA Ltd are supporting the award winning Addingstone Insurance Solutions Ltd to source a positive and friendly Account Executive and Administrator Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to develop core administrative skills including communication, customer service and record keeping. The Account Executive and Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:
- Delivery on new business targets
- Dealing with day-to-day client enquiries
- Renewal processing for current policies
- Handling insurance claims
- Supporting with administrative tasks
- Tailoring advice to clients
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
