What will the apprentice be doing?

We offer a positive and rewarding working environment with excellent support mechanisms in place to develop your knowledge and career. Your duties will include, but not limited to;

  • Supporting the success of the business by providing best in class administration offering high quality service to our internal and external customers
  • Working together to support the achievement of our commercial goals
  • Becoming the specialist by liaising with utility services in relation to specific projects
  • Producing excellent reports, spreadsheets and presentations supporting our company team
  • Organising travel and accommodation arrangements for all engineering and site teams
  • Assisting with day-to-day general administration form meeting and greeting, taking and actioning telephone/email enquiries, ordering stationary and any other admin tasks as necessary to support the team.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Full Business Administrator Standard - Level 3
  • On the job training to support role development
  • Off the job training to support qualification requirements
  • Employer to provide dedicated training time to support off the job training requirements as necessary
  • Functional Skills support - maths/English - if required
