What will the apprentice be doing?

As part of our support worker team no two days are the same.

At Catalyst Choices, we want to grow our team with compassionate people who genuinely want to make a meaningful difference to someone’s life in care. Through our all our services, whether that be Day Opportunities, Extra Care Housing or Residential Care, we want you to build trusting relationships as a Support Worker and pledge a promise to do what you can to make the lives of everyone we support as enjoyable and as safe as possible.

The role involves assisting our clients with a range of task from assisting our clients to dress, personal care, assisting with medication, enabling our clients to be as independent as possible in their daily living.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Adult Care Level 2 with day release at Warrington & Vale Royal College.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

We have set up the Catalyst Academy to provide training and a clear route for employee progression.

Things to consider

The role will involve working with our wonderfully different clients in a variety of locations including residential and extra care housing our step-down bed facility and our learning disability services supporting people in their own home.
