What will the apprentice be doing?

During your apprenticeship you will rotate around a number of key technologies that Winbro uses including both manufacturing and measurement systems. Duties include:

•  Manufacturing Engineering – front line problem solving and improvement projects in the manufacturing area

• New Product Introduction – learning to interpret the customer’s requirements into the design of manufacturing and inspection processes

• Customer Communication – ensuring that the customer is aware of and has an input to activities within the manufacturing areas

• Quality – learning and applying the various methods by which quality is embedded through processes within Winbro Group Technologies

•  Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager
