What will the apprentice be doing?

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide utility suppliers with relevant move-out information
  • Processing of check-out reports, deposits, and dilapidations
  • Manage in-bound post and action void council tax bills
  • Assist Property Manager Team with processing of invoices
  • Invoice processing
  • Accounts updating
  • Update and upload compliance documents to online application
  • Handle day-to-day general sales / lettings queries via internal systems
  • Assisting with administrative projects such as HMO Licence applications and development projects
  • Provide administrative support to Property Manager & Sales Manager in the ongoing management of compliance
  • Provide administrative support when needed
  • Diary management
  • Procurement of resources
  • Minutes of meetings / morning catch ups

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Upon successful passing of the End Point Assessment, you will achieve Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard through City & Guilds
  • The programme is delivered remotely via Teams
  • A learner can expect up to a minimum of 3 sessions per month, each one lasting between 1-3 hours
  • These contribute of "off the job" learning

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • Previous apprentice was supported into progressing within the company, so there is a possibility, depending on the apprentice and performance during this apprenticeship
