What will the apprentice be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

• Printing of re-order reports and raising orders

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery

• Monitor stock levels by means of re-order reports and place orders as required

• Enter new parts into Opera as required

• Liaise with customer services, internal sales and scheduling to keep abreast of Projects

• Ensuring supplier invoice details reconcile to purchase order

• Conduct administrative and support activities as and when requested

• Other duties as assigned

Eventually after training, you will be responsible for of all general administration of our purchasing and stock control system, Pegasus Opera.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • The learner will be studying the Procurement and Supply Assistant Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
  • Day release to West Suffolk College.
  • Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held.
