Working within our highly talented kitchen team to produce breakfast, lunch and dinner to conference delegates and hotel guests. All food is freshly prepared on site and service consists of a buffet style breakfast and lunch service followed by an a la carte restaurant for dinner.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Develop the skills to prepare and cook a range of fresh produce
- Learn the skills to work in all sections of the kitchen from starters to deserts
- Work with the senior chefs to develop new dishes
- Master the skills to talk to customers on the buffet counter
- Help to maintain the kitchen and its cleanliness
- Develop the basic skills of knife handling and cooking skills
