What will the apprentice be doing?

On a normal working day, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment 
  • Meeting and greeting clients 
  • Making refreshments for salon guests 
  • Shampooing clients 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

On completion of your apprenticeship, you will receive a Diploma for Level 2 Hair Professional qualification, credited by City and Guilds. You will be training one day a week at Exceed Training Company in Halifax town centre. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Once you have completed your Level 2 Apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to roll on to the Advanced and Creative Level 3 Apprenticeship.
