What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties will include:
- Design and implement marketing plans/agenda
- Social media and website development
- Develop and deliver engaging marketing campaigns
- Manage online communication channels
- Deliver efficient customer service
- Marketing content creation
- Completion of set work related projects throughout apprenticeship
- Respond and deal with customer enquiries via the website and social media channels
- Receive phone calls and divert calls or take messages
- General administration duties to support office/management team
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 marketing apprenticeship as well as gain valuable operational experience throughout. We are happy to discuss and plan further learning opportunities that will develop you as well as your role and remit.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Digital Marketer standard
Apprentices will learn in a blended format which includes online, anytime access learning expert-led classroom training in core topics. Apprentices will have the opportunity to gain internationally recognised certifications from vendors such as CIW (Certified Industry Web Professionals).
The Digital Marketer Apprenticeship programme is suitable for new entrants and early professionals. Our programme focuses on supporting the learner and the organisation to define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer engagement and retention.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full access to develop the marketing agenda for Dulson Training, with the opportunity to create content and develop the sales and marketing remit.
With access to all areas of the business you will have the opportunity to learn all elements of the business which will enrich your marketing scope as well as develop your own operational awareness of our industry.
