What will the apprentice be doing?
- Manage customer contact from an online portal, telephone and live chat
- Create knowledge base articles and process documentation for known issues, work arounds and products such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central, ensuring these are reviewed and maintained
- Assist with the delivery and implementation of small customer software projects in Dynamics 365 CRM and Business central
- Communicate with customers clearly updating on status, progress and resolution of tickets raised
- Applying any first-time fixes to incidents and escalate to more senior members of the team as appropriate
- Effectively prioritise work ensuring that customer experience is maintained to a high level
- Attend customer sites UK wide as and when required
