What will the apprentice be doing?
What will you be doing?
- As a Pre Sales Engineer Apprentice, the main goal of this role is to learn and understand the air conditioning industry with the aim of being able to support our Regional Sales Manager’s and customers with selections, design and quotes
- Upon successful completion, you will gain a Level 3, Building Services Design Technician Advanced Apprenticeship
- Assisting with the selection and quotation of HVAC equipment
Processing requests via email /Phone - Supporting both our internal Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and external customers
- Reviewing drawings and specification documents with the aim of producing our own valued engineered solution
- Following a project through its various stages and offering project design support
- Support the RSM’s with basic technical answers
- Implement continuous improvements to the process and cost opportunities
- Interface with RSM/Customers and deal with queries for price and availability
