What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Engage with the stakeholders to clearly define their business problem.
  • Analyse and clearly document the business problem and requirements.
  • Working with the stakeholders to prioritise the captured requirements.
  • Produce detailed business analysis documentation.
  • Problem Statement.
  • Map Business Processes.
  • Highlighting Risk Areas.
  • Bridging the gap between IT and the business, you can articulate the requirements so the assigned IT function can deliver a solution that meets the requirements.
  • Cost Benefit Analysis to look at when a solution should be build vs buy.
  • Understand the current application portfolio to identify potential reuse cases.
  • Work as part of the team delivering the solution to assist with:
  •  Application Testing.
  • Business Demo.
  • Documentation.
