What will the apprentice be doing?
- Engage with the stakeholders to clearly define their business problem.
- Analyse and clearly document the business problem and requirements.
- Working with the stakeholders to prioritise the captured requirements.
- Produce detailed business analysis documentation.
- Problem Statement.
- Map Business Processes.
- Highlighting Risk Areas.
- Bridging the gap between IT and the business, you can articulate the requirements so the assigned IT function can deliver a solution that meets the requirements.
- Cost Benefit Analysis to look at when a solution should be build vs buy.
- Understand the current application portfolio to identify potential reuse cases.
- Work as part of the team delivering the solution to assist with:
- Application Testing.
- Business Demo.
- Documentation.
