What will the apprentice be doing?

Your duties will include:


  • Assisting with the finance team and chasing payments
  • Assisting in the preparation of contractual documents, and inputting into a variety of systems as required.
  • To act as a point of contact for internal and external contacts, ensuring queries are dealt with to a high professional standard
  • General administration tasks as required

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will work towards an Advanced level Business Administrator Apprenticeship delivered by VQ Solutions. You'll have a dedicated VQ Mentor and will also be supported internally by your manager
  • During this apprenticeship, you will develop a portfolio, attend online workshop sessions and have regular reviews. All apprenticeship work will be completed during working hours

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • There will be the choice of options for the Apprentice to choose a career path, which could be in Finance, Project Co-Ordination, Procurement or Project Management
