What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Providing in-house support for our Yo colleagues
  • Helping manage internal systems and equipment
  • Providing remote support for our customers
  • Working through tickets on our Salesforce CRM system
  • Answering inbound support calls
  • Troubleshooting, fixing and maintaining Phone, Internet and IT systems
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Working with SLAs

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The apprentice, upon successfully completing their apprenticeship, will come out with a Level 3 qualification as an IT Support Apprenticeship. The apprentice will take six hours a week outside of their work to complete any learning they need to do, which will be done directly from the workplace. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Progression from this apprenticeship could be into a level 4 IT-related apprenticeship such as Network Engineer, Software Developer or Cyber Security Technician.
