What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Carry out all aspects of the apprentice framework including offsite and onsite training
  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of individual machines and upgrades in production lines
  • Assist in identifying, eliminating and documenting malfunctions
  • Reporting and Feedback (Service reports, travel reports, warranty reports etc.)
  • To have a willingness to learn new technologies and techniques
  • To be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • To be able to work with customer specific guidelines and safety instructions

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful applicant will be working towards Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering. This will include NVQ L3, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills.
