Compliant EPC Ltd are looking to take on a Business Administration Apprentice to work within their team and take on various duties that will include logging client data & information / creating customer accounts and adding them to our system and writing and sending out reports and information to clients via email and letters. What will the apprentice be doing?
- Creating databases using Microsoft Access
- Dealing with tenders and quotations
- Invoicing customers
- Invoice logging & general accounting
- Payment chasing
- Customer service - Point of contact
- Potential client - data gathering
- Creating and maintaining evidence files for projects
- Diary management for staff
- Workload management - Keeping up to date with job status and managing deadlines for active workload
- Writing up reports and interpreting data provided by staff
- Proof reading outbound work
- Data gathering and collation from inbound drawings, reports and information
- Optimising procedures and systems in place
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, including Functional Skills if required
- This is a work based programme which means that all of your learning will take place on the site of your employment and within your contracted working hours. We host supporting workshops regularly throughout the apprenticeship which you can attend in person at our Derby Road campus or virtually via Microsoft Teams
- You will work with expert assessors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession
- You will experience a blended learning model
- You will gather learning evidence, journals and off-the-job records using your e-portfolio
- At the end of the planned learning period, it will be agreed that you are ready to enter 'Gateway' and for your End Point Assessment to be arranged

- Upon completion of this apprenticeship, the employer would like to further your training in the field of energy consultancy
