What will the apprentice be doing?

Job Role and Responsibilities:

As the Sales Administrator you will be an integral part of the functioning of the sales team, reporting to the Business Growth Manager your primary function will be to support the sales team by ensuring that the administration function for all sales activities are completed efficiently to measurable targets.

It is also expected that the individual will support the customer service coordination function of the business when needed.

The tasks of the Sales Administrator include but are not limited to:

·         Making proactive calls

·         Producing quotations

·         Inputting data

·         Processing orders and transactions

·         Taking inbound calls

·         Liaising with internal departments

·         CRM management

·         Creating reports

·         Filing

·         Scanning

·         Photocopying

·         Attending Internal Meetings

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administration Level 3.
  • Functional skills in maths and English up to level 2 (if required).
  • A mentor/supervisor will support the apprentice on a daily basis withinthe business and an assessor will visit the business to review and ensure that all work is completed 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

W.E.T have an excellent track record of training apprentices and then offering a full-time position after successful completion of their apprenticeship. Further to this, some of these individuals continue their career progression within the business. An example of this is our Office Manager who completed their Business Administration apprenticeship in 2012.
