What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Design, develop, and maintain company websites and landing pages 
  • Work alongside freelancers to generate relevant content for websites 
  • Work alongside Certification & Compliance Manager to ensure products match industry technical certifications 
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and strategies alongside videographer and marketing lead 
  • Moderating and community managing social media channels 
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance and website traffic 
  • Stay current with industry trends and implement new technologies to enhance website and social media presence 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to achieve goals 
  • Open discussion internally & externally for qualitative feedback to uncover ways to enhance the digital customer experience 
  • Support the department with marketing admin related work

Tools and technologies learned: Apprentices will learn to use Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, WordPress, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Canva, Powtoon, Moz, W3Schools, JDoodle and all the major social media networks.
