What will the apprentice be doing?

Main Responsibilities:

  • To be first point of contact for patients arriving at the building
  • Receive and make phone calls
  • Use medical software to ensure the smooth running of clinics
  • Liaise with other members of the multidisciplinary team
  • Complete tasks generated via computer systems
  • Book and change appointments
  • Send emails to other organisations and departments
  • General office duties such as scanning and photocopying
