What will the apprentice be doing?
An exciting opportunity to join our friendly and motivated People Team. The successful candidate will be required to complete the following tasks:
- Handle correspondence and communication.
- Prepare documents and presentations.
- Prepare agendas and meeting materials.
- Assist with general running of the office.
- Interview preparation.
- Job advert writing.
- Conduct research and gather data.
- Support managers and employees in procedures, personnel issues, and recruitment.
- On boarding.
- Assisting with administration for training and development programmes.
- Organising and maintaining personnel records.
- Company event organisation.
- Reasonable ad hoc duties.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Business Administrator Level 3 Standard.
- On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Standard.
- Regular work-based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Potential for full time employment for the right candidate.
