What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Maintaining a clean and tidy site

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The apprentice will undergo the Level 2 Property Maintenance apprenticeship and will be required to attend college in block weeks. College attendance will take place at City of Portsmouth College's North Harbour Campus.

Your End Point Assessment will include a practical exam, a multiple choice test, and a portfolio-based interview, and over the course of the apprenticeship you will learn the skills and carry out the work to prepare you for success.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, PCD may wish to offer you a permanent position.
