What will the apprentice be doing?
If you are interested in becoming a chef we offer apprentice training, working in a professional kitchen under a full-time chef. Through this position you will get to work in the food industry, performing basic, intermediate and higher level tasks as you learn.
The apprenticeships will focus on the culinary skills necessary to work as a professional cook or assistant to a chef and we offer a supportive, skilled environment in which to learn.

Even better, the majority of our apprentice chef positions are offered on a Monday-Friday, day shifts only basis!

Duties include
•Working alongside our Kitchen Team
•Learning food preparation techniques
•Cooking and presenting meals to a high standard
•Working under pressure to ensure meals are served on time
•Helping with general cleaning required in the kitchen
•Adhering to hygiene and health and safety standards
