The successful applicant will support and assist the team with all aspects of office admin, filing and reception duties. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills and must be able to converse with clients.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Front-line reception of all enquiries
- Screening and logging incoming calls
- Providing refreshments for client meetings
- Filing all relevant correspondence and maintenance and upkeep of files
- Undertake support service administration tasks as required
- Provide secretarial support and administrative support to team members as necessary
- Process all post received, scan them onto the system and distribute them to the relevant team members as necessary
- Scanning, printing, copying, binding and laminating documentation when required
- Archive closed files
- Reduce storage, where possible, in the office
- Reduce old client files, where possible, held with our storage company
- Changing the confidential waste bins held in the office
- All post special/recorded delivery to be franked and taken to the post office daily
- Ensure firm stationery cupboard is adequately stocked
- Ensure all printers in the firm are stocked daily with paper
- Archiving old client files - electronically and physical
- Booking jobs and reviewing records
- Sending back client records
- Bank monies received
- Taking daily back up of the server
- Assisting on other tasks as and when required from time to time
