What will the apprentice be doing?
Our fast-paced office deals with incoming customer enquiries, course bookings, course material preparation.
These tasks run alongside other ongoing projects and duties giving the right candidate the opportunity to develop customer facing skills, as well as with the longer term duties, gain an understanding of how projects progress from initial enquiry to completion, assisting the existing team the candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership of specific tasks/duties to gain confidence and experience of working independently whilst contributing to the business.
With duties varying from day to day, the right candidate will gain skills in all areas of a busy office, covering the following areas:
- Marketing & Design
- Customer Service
- Phone/Email
- Scheduling
- Microsoft Office
- Chasing for Certs
- Administrative Tasks
- Organisation of Travel Arrangements
- Preparation of Course Material
