You will be required to work with a high level of customer service and be flexible in your approach to the role. The company place great importance on meeting targets by working as part of a team, regular attendance, punctuality and professionalism. You will undertake an Apprenticeship in Customer Service and (Functional Skills if required.)

£14,000 - £16,000 per annum depending on age and experience. Increasing to £23K after successful completion of the apprenticeship programme and if offered a permanent position.

What you will do in your working day
Handling customer enquiries via incoming and outgoing telephone calls and booking service visits.
Ownership of customer enquiries and follow through to completion.
Promoting products and services with the aim of generating income for the business and improving customer loyalty.
Selling of repair plans, extended warranties and accessories where appropriate.

- Remote 1/2-day training delivery in the workplace and 20% off-the-job training
- One to one sessions with trainer
- Access to online resources and VLE
- Functional Skills (if needed)
- Level 2 Customer Service
