    £14,000 - £16,000 per annum depending on age and experience. Increasing to £23K after successful completion of the apprenticeship programme and if offered a permanent position.

  • Working week

    Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:00pm, 30 minute unpaid lunch and 2x 10 minute paid break.

    Total hours per week: 37.5

What will the apprentice be doing?

Main duties:

Handling customer enquiries via incoming and outgoing telephone calls and booking service visits.

Ownership of customer enquiries and follow through to completion.

Promoting products and services with the aim of generating income for the business and improving customer loyalty.

Selling of repair plans, extended warranties and accessories where appropriate.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Remote 1/2-day training delivery in the workplace and 20% off-the-job training
  • One to one sessions with trainer
  • Access to online resources and VLE
  • Functional Skills (if needed)

Possible full-time employment upon completion of apprenticeship and salary increasing to £23,000 per annum.
