What will the apprentice be doing?

We are a nationwide recruitment agency supplying Temporary and Permanent candidates to the Construction Industry.  

The main thing we expect from you is that you are confident, organised and enjoy a challenge.

Your key duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Database management
  • Director reporting
  • Director diary support
  • Setting up new starters
  • Tea, coffee and stationery ordering
  • Coordinating branded merchandise
  • Responding to emails
  • Absence logging
  • Answering the telephone
  • Formatting candidate CV’s

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administrator - Level 3. This Apprenticeship is completed within the workplace. You will be assessed through written work and observation throughout your training. You will be given time by your employer to complete portfolio work, attend training, workplace shadowing and any other opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Progression to Office Coordinator on completion of the apprenticeship.
