What will the apprentice be doing?

The role is diverse and varied and includes:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors at our Reception
  • Daily scanning of post to the legal teams
  • Photocopying Legal Documents / Plans / Confidential Material
  • Answering the switchboard and redirecting / responding to calls as required
  • Ensuring refreshments are provided, if required
  • Updating Meeting room bookings on outlook calendar
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are checked on a daily basis
  • Recording of all hand deliveries
  • Internal delivery and collection of both internal and external mail to all offices and collation of outgoing post
  • Updating the Archive data base

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administration L3 and Functional Skills English and maths If Required
  • Once a month online workshops

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Possible permanent position.
