What will the apprentice be doing?
The role will help set the standards to deliver a consistent high-quality service to our clients; understanding and meeting our customers’ demands and needs, customer journeys that drive positive customer outcomes and delivery of consistent fair outcomes for customers through compliant processes and well-trained people.
While driving excellence in customer delivery, the Operations Assistant Apprentice will work alongside the Operations Manager, playing a role in future development and transformation, driving change throughout the division.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist the Operations Manager and wider Operations team in project delivery on all assigned change activities for the Division
- Assist in developing Customer Excellence processes for all customer groups (Private Clients, SME and Corporate) including Best Practice Broking Processes, System User Guides and Excellent Customer Journey
- Assist the Operations Managers in Customer Service delivery and Quality in the Division
- Measure KPI’s to monitor and improve productivity, delivery of fair customer outcomes and adherence to regulation
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship whilst gaining experience in the workplace and earning a competitive salary along the way
