About the employer

Salon Two first opened its doors at 12 Burton Road, in the summer of 1971. Its founder and owner, Richard Slight, spent many years working alongside some hugely talented hair designers, building up a fantastic reputation, Salon Two quickly became a well-established hair salon within Lincoln’s famous Cathedral quarter. One of these hair designers was his son, Patrick Slight, who grew in tremendous character and skill. Eventually, Patrick took over the running of Salon Two in 1994. Over the years, another stylist’s creative potential was realised and it was in April 2019 that Patrick’s daughter Jessica Slight took over the running of Salon Two. Once again, with passion, drive, and ambition, the Salon has continued to go from strength to strength and the team is looking forward to a very exciting future.
