What will the apprentice be doing?
Telephone sales to new and existing clients to sell our services
§ Visiting new and existing clients
§ Developing and maintaining long-term business relationships
§ Taking detailed job specifications from clients
§ Lead generation
§ Interviewing suitable candidates face to face or by telephone
§ Writing and/or preparing CVs
§ Sourcing candidates by various means
§ Matching candidates to clients’ specifications
§ Ensuring all clients are issued with our Terms and Conditions of Business
§ Providing accurate production/sales figures to your manager
§ Participate in intelligent marketing and advertising campaigns
§ Ensure all related administration and computer information is kept up to date
§ Attend regular meetings and training sessions as required
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Recruitment Consultant Level 3.
- Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment or Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment
Vocate Training offer a blended approach with online support tools and a depth of knowledge unrivalled in the UK.
All training takes place in the employers workspace.
