We aim to pay above minimum wage, depending on ability and experience, we are open to wage increases as apprentice progresses.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Technicians will undertake operating, testing, servicing, maintenance and repair of a range of sometimes complex equipment.
- Also planned preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.
- You will be responsible for the quality of your own work and possibly others’ always ensuring the work is completed safely, to a high quality, standard, in a timely fashion.
- Whilst maintaining the efficient running of plant and equipment.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The Apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Level 3.
The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course. This is a Day Release programme which means you will attend Lincoln College, 1 day per week, term time only. This will fall within your contracted working hours.
