What will the apprentice be doing?

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service whilst obtaining and completing references by contacting our tenants’ referees over the phone 
  • Engage with any referee to determine if our company can support them
  • Telephone calls including sales
  • Completing paperwork
  • Completing general administrative tasks

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administration Level 3 standard - on successful completion the qualification will be gained taking approx. 18 months. 

All training will be completed at the workplace via tutor led monthly sessions. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Potential to have fully permanent position once apprenticeship completed or possible sidestep into another area of the business.
