What will the apprentice be doing?
Areas of expertise and responsibility will include:
• Form part of our roll-to-floor delivery team.
• Have a hands-on approach in the warehouse.
• May be requested to assist our Planning Team with daily and weekly activities to ensure effective use of resources.
• Ensuring proofs of delivery are activity managed in a timely manner.
• Liaising with the planning control tower and team to ensure service levels are maintained.
• Liaising with clients and sub-contractors on deliveries.
• Working closely with clients supply chain function to ensure schedules are met and are accurately reported on.

• Responding to changing customer demands seamlessly.
• Communicating with customers and understanding customer requirements
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The apprentice will be conducting 6 hours per week of training, that will alllow them to work towards a Level 3 International freight forwarding specialist qualification. The majority of the training will be conducted through online delivery.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
At the successful completion of the apprenticeship, the candidate is eligible to apply for a permanent position or request support to further their education.
