What will the apprentice be doing?
- Dealing with incoming calls and raising tickets or faults where needed
- Document review to ensure all relevant information is available and required for all customer journeys (from sales to in-life)
- Ordering and provisioning new telephone numbers for customers ready for their installation with the potential to project manage
- Working with 3rd party providers to ensure that customers receive regular updates on orders or tickets
- Ordering phone systems for new installations
- Dealing with potential billing enquiries
- Cross-communicating between UC support and sales where needed to ensure we deliver the customer's expectations
- Escalating enquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
- Provide additional administrative support for other departments within the business on an ad-hoc basis as and when required

- Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship standard
- Day release to Telford College
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- There will be exposure to most departments in the business which will mean that no day is ever the same
- As well as the apprenticeship course, there is also in-house training through our reseller platform to ensure that you are able to get in-depth training on the products we sell, how they work and how we support them
- Once successfully completed, the role will have more than likely progressed into a role of its own as we are growing at a fast pace meaning there is huge potential for growth in the department
